Sophia Liu is a filmmaker, producer, cinematographer and screenwriter. 

She has studied art history, cinema, theatre, and communications in Paris. She holds a master’s degree in theatre studies from Sorbonne Nouvelle University. 

As an independent woman filmmaker, her personal works often explore the intimate and the ineffable with a delicate approach from a poetic perspective. 

She is also the founder of SL Studio, producing commercials internationally, while focusing on art and culture content through various projects.
